Kalbe Obtained The Best Campaign For Destination Marketing Through Hydro Coco

Jakarta, 30 September 2019 -PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) through their Hydro Coco products has won the Best Campaign for Destination Marketing award from the Ministry of Tourism in the 2019 Wonderful Indonesia Co-Branding Forum at the SaptaPesona Building, Ministry of Tourism Jakarta. The award was given by Dr. Ir. Arief Yahya, M.Sc., Minister of Tourism; to Bernadus Karmin Winata, Director of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk.

"Hydro Coco has consistently been a Wonderful Indonesia Co-branding partner since 2017 by promoting tourist locations that are the main destinations in Indonesia on their packaging, and at the same time supporting priority destinations from the Ministry of Tourism," said Ronald Unadi, Head of Beverage of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk."With the award of The Best Campaign for Destination Marketing, it shows that Hydro Coco's marketing activities so far have received a positive response from the people who gave rise to tourist destinations, to introduce that Indonesia is rich in natural beauty, and also rich in natural resources; one of which is coconut water. native to Indonesia, which is the source of Hydro Coco coconut water," continued Ronald.

Wonderful Indonesia thematic packaging is a form of Hydro Coco's homage to Indonesia which is so rich in natural resources. There are currently 4 Indonesian tourism locations appearing in Hydro Coco's packaging: Padar Island in Labuan Bajo; Broken Beach in Nusa Penida, Bali; Raja Ampat in Papua; and Atuh Beach in Nusa Penida, Bali, and more priority destinations will be shown next.

In addition to the thematic packaging, Hydro Coco also holds the Hydro Coco National Futsal Tournament (HCNFT); a futsal tournament for National High School (SMU) levels and its equivalent, which has been held since 2013. The Hydro Coco Cup competitions are held across 31 cities in Indonesia, as one form of sporting events that have always in synergy with the Wonderful Indonesia campaign, with the concept of sport tourism, especially local tourists, in every match held.
