Jakarta, May 12th, 2022. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe), through its subsidiary Kalbe Nutritionals, received a work visit from the Commission VII of the Indonesian House of Representatives or DPR RI. The main objective of the work visit is to receive recommendations in providing solutions for problems in the food industry, especially nutrient and milk industries. Also present during the visit were the Directoriate General of the Agro Industry of the Ministry of Industry, the Department of Industry and Commerce of West Java, and the Department of Industry and Commerce of Karawang.
“Kalbe Nutritionals, as one of the subsidiaries of Kalbe, provides several nutritional solutions in every stage of life, from planning for pregnancy to fulfilling the need of special nutrients in your golden age,” as stated by the President Director of Kalbe Nutritionals, Ongkie Tedjasurja, during his welcome speech.
He later explained that Kalbe Nutritionals had a mission to continuously produce several of the best nutrient products for a better life of the society. In fact, several Kalbe Nutritionals products managed to achieve their market shares for Indonesia’s nutrient products.
Sartono, the Leader of the Work Visit Team for the Commission VII of the House of Representatives, revealed that Kalbe Nutritionals, which consisted of PT Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia dan Sanghiang Perkasa, was one of the two Indonesian large comapnies located in West Java.
“May this visit result in various great things for the advancement of the Nation of Indonesia, especially in the field of nutrition, in order to support the nation’s health and for Indonesia Moving Forward,” as Ongkie concluded.
