Composition

Each ml ampoule contains Bleomycin HCl 15 mg

Indication
Cancer of the skin, head & neck, lung uterine cervix, esophageal carcinoma, malignant lymphomas, glioma, thyroid carcinoma.

Contra Indication
Severe pulmonary, renal or cardiac dysfunction.

Warning
Pregnancy & lactation, elderly patients, patients receiving or having received radiotherapy, hepatic dysfunction, varicella.

Dosage
Total dose : 300-450 mg till tumour disappears. Then administer suitable additional dose. Frequency once daily-once wkly. Usually 2 times/wk.
