Starmuno contains polinacea (a standardized extract of Echinacea), black elderberry, and zinc picolinate purposed to stimulate the immune system. Clinical trials show polinacea, black elderberry and zinc picolinate effectively increase immune system. Starmuno is available as caplet and syrup.
