Serlof
Sertraline hydrochloride works as SSRI (Selectively Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) agent, using for many types of depressant or anxiety treatment. With once daily administration and fast onset to targeted-cell, it will raise patients’s obedient to use the drug and fasten the therapeutical effect to them.

Each tablet contains Sertraline HCl 50 mg
Indication
Treatment of symptoms of depression in patients with or without a history of mania
Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD)
Panic disorders with or without agoraphobia
Post-traumaticstress.

Contra Indication
Concomitant use with MAOI, pregnancy, and lactation

– Patients with a history of convulsion, suicidal tendencies

Adverse Reaction
Anorexia, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia, tremor, headache, insomnia, drowsiness, increased sweating, dry mouth, male sexual dysfunction (delayed ejaculation)

Dosage
Depression : 50 mg daily, may be increased to 150 – 200 mg daily in minimal 2 weeks treatment
OCD : 50 mg daily for 2-4 weeks
Panic disorders : initially 25 mg daily, may be increased to 50 mg daily after 1 week
