MediFlex TGC digunakan untuk mengobati osteoarthritis dan sport injuiry. MediFlex TGC adalah obat glukosamin krim yang pertama di Indonesia. Dengan teknologi TGC (Transdermal Glucosamine Cream)maka glukosamin mampu menembus lapisan kulit untuk mencapai sendi yang sakit. Kadar glukosamin dalam darah pada 2 jam pertama jauh lebih tinggi daripada glukosamin oral, demikian juga setelah 6 jam. Pemakaian topical menyebabkan efek samping yang dapat terjadi lebih kecil daripada oral terutama masalah Gastro-intestinal.
MediFlex TGC contains a very high concentration (10%) og glucosamine sulphate. TGC is a proprietary formulation using natural oils which enable to deliver a large amount of glucosamine into the dermal layer and directly to the affected joint.
MediFlex TGC continues to deliver these benefit for several hours after application.
Glucosamine is an amino monosaccharide found in chitin, glycoprotein and glycosaminoglycan such as hyluronic acid and heparan sulphate. Glycoprotein, known as proteoglycan is the building blocks of extra cellular matrix found in various types of connective tissue. Glucosamine is produced by the body naturally, but for osteoarthritis, the ability of the body to produce glucosamine is reduced. Glucosamine is effective in relieving pain in arthritis, rehabilitating cartilage and repairing damaged joints.

Apply 1-2 times daily on the affected joints. Sufficient cream has to cover the joint area.
