of the offsprings.
Morphine at dose of 9,8
mg/kgbw/day;5,6 mg/kg bw/day;
2,8 mg/kg bw/day; and aquabi-
dest as control was injected
subcutaneously on seventh until
twelfth day of pregnancy. The
behavior of the offsprings was
tested using the Neurobehavioral
Battery Test.
There is difference (p<0,05)
in reflex test and motor reflex test
at 9,8 mg/kg bw/day and 5,6
mg/kg bw/day dose. Weight gain
is also significantly different
(p<0,05) at 9,8 mg/kg bw/day
and 5,6 mg/kg bw/day morphine
