Embracing Customers through One Kalbe Family Programme

Jakarta, 8th August 2012 – PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (Kalbe) launched the Kalbe Family Rewards Card today, a program to embrace all customers through one Kalbe family. By obtaining and using Kalbe Family Rewards Card, consumers can enjoy special benefits such as point rewards with every purchase of Kalbe products in Kalbe e-store and Kalbe Home Delivery, or special discounts, free products and other offers in Kalbe’s partner merchants.
“Kalbe Family Rewards Card is Kalbe Group’s latest Customer Relationship Management Programme,” said Ongkie Tedjasurja, Director – Chief Marketing Officer for PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. “We grow by customer’s fondness of our products and customers are part of Kalbe’s family. It is the first Online Nutrition Store in Indonesia and can be accessed through Kalbe Home Delivery at 500880 is an order and delivery service for all purchases of Kalbe products. This service can be enjoyed in almost all major cities in Indonesia. Kalbe Customer Care at 0800-140-2000 is a consultation service for nutritions and Kalbe products..
