Attending the Congress were the Head of BKKBN, Dr. Sugiri S., the Governor of East Java and other dignitaries invited like the Chairman of Damandiri Foundation, who was the former MENKO KESRA RI, and Prof. Dr. Haryono. the former Head of BKKBN, who gave public lecture on Male Contraception.

Kalbe.co.id - The seminar that took place at the 4th floor of Auditorium Building 1 of Harapan Kita Hospital for Heart and Arterial Diseases was attended by around 200 participants (doctors/researchers, research respondents and other invitees). Besides discussing the survey result with Prof DR Dr Dede Kusuma SpJP(K) in a seminar called "Sharing Moment's" there was also an explanation about “Heart diseases, Anticoagulants and Managements” by Prof DR. Dr Budhi Setianto, SpJP(K) as well as “The Correct Diet for Patients with Anticoagulant Therapy” with Dr Samuel Oetoro, SpGK. The agenda was commenced by DR Dr Faisal Baraas SpJP(K), as the Head director of Harapan Kita Hospital for Heart and Arterial Diseases and ended with presentations from the sponsors.

Kalbe.co.id - World Kidney day/WKD is commemorated on every second Thursday in March. This year, WKD falls on 13 March 2008. This time, IKCC, which is an association for kidney patients and their family members as well as people who care about kidney health, is supported by Indonesian Society of Nephrology / Ina SN / Perhimpunan Nefrologi Indonesia / PERNEFRI joins in the celebration. The event is in the form of a talk-show with the theme “How to Prevent Complications in Renal Failure” with sources such as DR. Dr. Suhardjono, SpPD-KGH, KGer as the chairman of PERNEFRI. Besides the main agenda, the participants who attend have the chance to check their health conditions, namely: bone density (densitometer), hemoglobin level (Hb), blood sugar level and blood pressure. The event is participated by about 200 people (patients, friends, medics, etc) including several journalists from print and electronic media.
